Return Policy for Original Artwork

I want you to love the artwork you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your original art purchase, you may return the piece within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

• Please contact me prior to returning the artwork at info@vanessacorrigall.ca to receive return instructions.

Refunds:

Once the artwork is received in original condition, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Custom commissions and digital products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
